Fertilization
We
use dry or granular fertilizer because we believe that we get better results.
Below are a few other reasons for our choice:

Liquid
fertilizers tend to stick to the leaf's surface and can be less effective
due to breakdown by sunlight, wind drift, wash away (rain), or removal (disposing
of clippings after a mowing).
Dry fertilizers drop to the soil surface where nutrients are taken into the
plant through the roots as they are needed. This dry granular system virtually
eliminates the possibility of nutrient wash away or removal.
